Programs

The Align Program is the foundation behind the work—
a structured system that organizes how you train, ride, and develop both yourself and your horse.

It brings together rider awareness, equine behavior, and practical application
so you’re not guessing what to do or why it matters.

Inside, you’re not just learning concepts—
you’re building a way of training you can apply consistently, refine over time, and rely on under pressure.

Train with clarity.

Ride with confidence.

Build a system your next level can rely on.

The System

Most riders are trying to fix what they see in the moment.

They adjust hands, legs, speed, and drills—
working on individual pieces without a clear framework to guide them.

What’s often missing is how everything connects.

ALIGN gives you a system that brings together the rider, the horse, and the training process—
so you’re not reacting out of pressure, but working from a place of understanding.

Your decisions become clearer.
Your timing improves.

And your progress becomes consistent—something you can rely on, not chase.

Inside Align

ALIGN is where the work comes together.

It’s the system you move through inside both the Mentorship and the Cohort—
bringing structure to how you train, think, and develop both yourself and your horse.

Both the Mentorship and the Cohort move intentionally through:

Mindset & Focus — how you think, respond, and stay effective under pressure

Nervous System Awareness — regulation, timing, and how it shapes both you and your horse

Equine Behavior — understanding patterns, communication, and why your horse responds the way they do

Rider Skill & Feel — position, timing, and the subtle details that influence everything

Conditioning & Development — building a horse that is physically capable, balanced, and prepared

Equipment & Fit — ensuring your setup supports, not limits performance

Integration & Application — bringing it all together into clear, effective training, planning, and problem solving

This isn’t a collection of topics—it’s a system.

One that gives you structure, direction, and a way to train that actually holds as you progress.

What This Changes

When you start training with a system, everything shifts.

You’re no longer guessing what to fix or second-guessing your decisions mid-ride.

You begin to:

– understand what your horse is communicating
– recognize patterns instead of reacting
– make clear decisions with better timing
– train with intention and focus on what actually matters

You’re no longer trying to make things work— you understand how to train.

Choose Your Path

There are two ways to step into this work—depending on the level of support, structure, and accountability you’re looking for.

Both options give you access to the Align system.

The difference is how you’re supported inside it—not the outcome.

Mentorship Program

Ongoing support, feedback, and structure—join anytime.

This is where you stay in the work.

The Mentorship gives you consistent guidance, personalized feedback, and the structure to apply what you’re learning in real time—so you’re not left guessing what to do or how to move forward.

You’ll move through the Align system while refining your riding, developing feel, and building consistency over time.

Inside the Mentorship:

– One live coaching call per month (small group or private)
– One monthly video review with detailed feedback and next steps
– Ongoing support and accountability (Tuesday–Friday via chat)
– Full access to the Align Program (dripped for structure and progression)

This is for riders who want to stay consistent, work through challenges as they come up, and build real momentum in their riding—without overcomplicating the process.

The Cohort (January 2027)

A structured, high-accountability experience.

The Cohort is an immersive way to move through the work—
with a defined timeline, deep countability, and a group progressing together.

Inside the Cohort:

– Full access to the Align Program
– Structured progression through each phase
– Coaching calls aligned with the material
– Consistent accountability and support
– A focused container designed for deeper change

This is for riders ready to commit to the process, stay consistent, and move forward with clarity.

Where the Work Shows Up

This is where riders move beyond trying to make things work—
and start understanding how to train, regulate, and respond.
